The Camera Obscura stands on Kirrie Hill and offers views of Kirriemuir and surrounding glens. Gifted to Kirriemuir by JM Barrie, it one of only
three such cameras in Scotland.

This 19th century cottage was the birthplace of Sir James Matthew Barrie,
author of Peter Pan. The adjacent cottage houses the ‘Peter Pan Experience’ and important memorabilia.
