An 18th-century town house, home in the early 20th century to the artist E A Hornel. It  which includes an art gallery, extensive collection of rare Scottish books, Hornel’s studio and his Japanese-style  garden.

Grey Mare’s Tail

A spectacular 61m (200ft) waterfall in a hillside near Moffat. The area is rich in wild flowers and geological interest and there is a herd of wild goats.
